The Employees’ Selection, Hiring and Integration Policy aim is the integration of the best professionals in the Company, adjusting each one’s individual capacities to the organizational demands, and harmonizing the Employees’ expectations, skills and potential with ARTLANT PTA goals, based on the following principles:
- To ensure an opportune response to the needs of the Company’s HR, taking into consideration both the qualitative demands and the quantitative needs.
- To select Employees based on the defined Functions Profiles.
- To favour, preferably, internal recruiting and mobility, as a way of strengthening and motivating the Company’s HR.
- To ensure the Employees’ effective integration in the Culture and Procedures of the Company.
