Since September 2010, ARTLANT has had new shareholders. The operation involved an increase in capital and the receipt of 96.9 million Euros of funds into the project. An alteration which results from La Seda Barcelona's alienation of 59% of its position.

La Seda of Barcelona
LSB is an industrial plastic packaging group operating internationally through its 14 facilities across Europe, Turkey and North Africa. It is the only European producer capable of supplying PET containers in a fully integrated way from raw material feedstock, conversion technology and design, injection and blow moulding up to the delivered finished product, by means of guaranteeing the quality of all its production processes.

ECS
Established in 2006, ECS is a risk capital funds management society, leader in the private equity market in Portugal. The investors in the Funds managed by ECS include Iberian and International financial institutions of reference, the Portuguese Government and several private investors.

InovCapital
InovCapital is a Risk Capital Society of reference for the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Development (Ministério da Economia, da Inovação e do Desenvolvimento), supporting entrepreneur projects and supporting small and medium sized enterprises (PME) in the Innovation and Internationalization areas.

Caixa Capital
The Risk Capital area of the Caixa Geral de Depósitos Group (CGD) is centralized in the Caixa Capital – Sociedade de Capital de Risco, S.A. In the scope of its activities, the Caixa Capital works as a Risk Capital Management Society participated by the CGD Group, and is also responsible for the operational area of the Caixa Desenvolvimento, SGPS, S.A.
